"I live right here in Old Irving been with State Farm 61 yrs this year ..never had a claim last 40 of them for sure & never a major one. I have my house & 2 cars with State farm.. my ins. which was with Jerry..then Shawn ..was transferred now with another agent about 10 miles away ...I called Shawn he said his hands were tied ..main office told him some of the long time customers need to be shared with other agents ...well I for one feel they have no right to transfer me and feel Shawn ..just threw me and I'm sure other long timers under the bus. maybe I'm old fashioned but I like to pick my place to do business (not let big brother choose) need to tell you I'm at this time looking to change with another name Insurance ...after 61 years,,,Joe Hirschmugl"

"I was a customer of Jerry (and later Shawn was added) O’Neill for almost 30 years and my parents were even longer. Decided to make a change after absolutely no help from the office after my home caught fire. I reached out to Jerry directly and it it was just a really strange conversation where he was really confused and honestly just did not provide any guidance. I was very distraught and thought he would be able to provide some help with filing a claim and it was just very odd. I then decided to make a change to another State Farm agent and have been exponentially happier with the service that I have received from that agent. I wish everyone at the O’Neill office well and honestly, I wish I had made the change sooner because I didn’t know what kind of service was out there. The only time I ever heard from them was if my credit card expired so my payment didn’t go through but never heard any follow up if I had a car accident or any type of issue. Wish you all the best."
