"I was a customer of Jerry (and later Shawn was added) O’Neill for almost 30 years and my parents were even longer. Decided to make a change after absolutely no help from the office after my home caught fire. I reached out to Jerry directly and it it was just a really strange conversation where he was really confused and honestly just did not provide any guidance. I was very distraught and thought he would be able to provide some help with filing a claim and it was just very odd. I then decided to make a change to another State Farm agent and have been exponentially happier with the service that I have received from that agent. I wish everyone at the O’Neill office well and honestly, I wish I had made the change sooner because I didn’t know what kind of service was out there.
